Owner-Operated on Cape Cod Since 2003

Leighton Rentals started as a small, owner-run agency and has grown into one of the most established rental companies on the Cape. We've been matching guests with the right house since 2003, and in that time we've built a portfolio that spans Brewster, Chatham, Harwich, Dennis, Orleans, and beyond. We don't hand you off to a call center. The people who answer your questions know Cape Cod, know the properties, and have usually walked through the house you're asking about. That's been true since day one, and it's still true now.

No other rental company in the area puts more into getting your property seen. We run search engine campaigns, produce 360-degree virtual tours, post to YouTube, and run direct mail and print campaigns alongside our digital presence. But exposure only matters if the booking goes smoothly. We offer 24-hour service to guests and owners alike, so when something comes up at 9pm on a Friday, someone picks up. We've been doing this long enough to know that the small things, a quick answer, a clear check-in, a house that matches its photos, are what guests remember.
