The first floor features a bright and open layout with the living room hosting a TV and seating area. A sofa, chairs and a gas fireplace welcome you to relax and enjoy the view from the sliding doors to the patio. The backyard patio features a dining table and umbrella as well as a gas grill for your summer barbecuing! The indoor dining area also seats up to 6 and is open to the kitchen and living room spaces. The kitchen has new countertops and is fully equipped including microwave, toaster and a drip coffee maker. The bedroom on the first floor has a King size bed, TV and includes a ductless unit in a delightfully appointed setting.
