Located off a private road, it is a recently renovated, open-floor-plan style cottage with 1 large ceiling fan and 1 A/C unit. The living room, with its full size futon and flat screen TV/DVD player, opens to the dining area, which has a large rectangular table with bench seating to comfortably seat 6. The bedroom has 2 sets of twin size bunk beds (4 twins total). The kitchen has been updated, as well as the bathroom which has a shower stall (no bathtub). There is also a lovely screened-in porch where you can enjoy wonderful water views and refreshing pond breezes. There is a gas grill located in the wooded area just outside the home. A kayak rack is provided at the top of the dock stairs for your kayak.
